Each paper is limited to 4 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.

IEEE A4, Two-Column Format(DOC, LaTeX)
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore¡¯s scope and quality requirements,which will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
PAPER SUBMISSION
Papers reporting original research results and experiences are solicited. Each paper, written in English, should be no more than 4 pages (IEEE proceedings format), including references and illustrations. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper.
PAPER PAGE LIMIT:
Regular Papers: 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
Regular Papers: Up to 5 extra pages may be purchased at 500 RMB Yuan per extra page.
